Hi Ed has something changed regarding maatsen read he's close to rejoining feyenoord? thought he was one of the youngsters trying to be integrated into the first team.

{Ed002's Note - Ian Maatsen (LWB) Another player Barcelona have asked after but their focus as shifted to another youngster. Borussia Dortmund have also enquired. Chelsea planned on integrating him with the squad next season but there is little guarantee of game time and Brighton have enquired if a loan is possible as they are likely to lose Marc Cucurella. Feyenoord offer a wildcard option and are actively talking with Chelsea as they look to IM or Sinkgraven to replace Tyrell Malacia. Ajax see him as an option to Tyrell Malacia as a Tagliafico replacement. Will be another Lamptey scenario for Chelsea.

A loan to Brighton seems ideal. Not sure why we haven't pushed to make that happen.
Do you know if there will be a buyback clause on Maatsen Ed002?
