Looks very promising about EF and we will sign Rice in the summer.

I haven’t seen enough of EF but he seems to be rated highly.

Worries me OscarAY that amount of money, I’ve been banging on about midfield rebuild for 3 + years now when it was a partner for kante, now it’s a replacement for, these enzo numbers scare me, think that price gets two world class players.

Matt, as you know I have been with you on midfield rebuild as it is clear Kante and Jorginho will be going. I too am worried about the crazy money we are allegedly willing to pay for some players but I take most of it with a pinch of salt. The amount of money being quoted for EF and Rice is ridiculous. I had hoped that to balance the fact the we have turned into a mid table club is that we might make some smart moves in the transfer market. I also am pleased that we have targeted some young players with potential but we also need players who can go straight into the first team.

My guess is at some stage a pundit or a so called journalist will bring up the subject of FFP.

I will just let the club get on with signing the players it feels we need and let them worry about any cost.

More to the point, is EF a good player and will he be good in the Premiership? That’s all that matters!
