ED002 if Chelsea do fail to qualify for the Champions League would this have implications on the targets we may have? as they may want champions league football? {Ed002's Note - Of course.}

Just a worried fan ED we need 3-4 top quality players and if we fail to reach the Champions league i would hope we could still attract the top player's with them having to play without Champions league football for one year?

Who have man city overpaid for in comparison to us. It's only wages they have over paid for.
