Could this be true? Chelsea get heavy fine and transfer ban suspended for two widows. This is the judgment for our 74 offences while under the RA ownership.

A mate tells me that is the rumour he has heard. If it is true, I think the club should except the punishment and move on.

I have big doubts about it being true. Another mate told me he heard we have got a 15pt penalty, a fine and transfer ban.

Tom, being reported by The Daily Mail that supporters can anticipate NON-SPORTING sanctions as an outcome.

That would mean a FINE rather than, say, a transfer ban or points deduction.
