Tom agree about Timo he missed a couple of good chances though but Tammy’s miss was terrible at least Timo provides assists. Mendy is not a top class keeper we will need to upgrade if we are serious about winning trophies.

I’m not a massive fan of Tammy but I thought he just couldn’t get high enough to mod it in but having a bigger target man doe give us the option to send in a cross. Anyway we may well need every player before the end of this season.

Can I also say if it was a Chelsea player getting off for that I would have been furious!

Tbf snd I’m not his greatest admirer but that Tammy chance was touch to high to get over the ball, nowhere near as bad as the werner miss, but we’re at the part of season where results > performances,

blinky, I don’t think any poster has ever described Mendy as “rubbish” and I hope they never do.

I have said his distribution on occasions gives me the sh•ts and others have expressed similar views.

Our defensive record is down to several factors including Mendy and on occasions Kepa. Long may it continue.

Yes he does not let get in. But it's not like he really has to come up with big saves at any moments - except for when Frank was in charge.

I don't get Mendy's doubts. He's proved over the season that he's reliable. If the team does well Mendy won't be a problem. Maybe he was cheap. he would be rated with the best where he an english. impressive stats in his first season. Up there with the best in stats. i want him remain our number one. he's good enough.

I’m sure I speak for almost every Chelsea supporter when I say, we couldn’t care less about a players nationality. If he came from the planet Zog, we wouldn’t care.
