I know this might be controversial and a lot of us will have different opinions.

But at this stage, I'd just offer Spurs Abraham, Zouma and cash for Kane.

Spurs need a CB and Zouma ticks that box, Abraham can take Kane's spot and 60-80m cash.

It looks like City are pulling out of the Kane race after choosing Grealish, Kane wants a move and we look like his most realistic option.

Kane is prem proven and I know some have concerns over his injuries, but if we can get 2-3 seasons and goals out of him. None of us would be complaining.

I want us to have a top quality striker who will give us a minimum 20 goals a season.

I don’t care how any deal is structured but my personal preference would be as follows:-

1) Halaand
2) Kane
3) Ings
4) Lukaku

I trust the club will be making every effort to sign a quality striker. We are a very ambitious club, with an an ambitious board and owner.

Ings and world class don't go together mate. It's another Drinkwater-type signing.

How Ings at 29 and injury prone and only scored 12 goals last season is included on that list God knows.
If we descend to that level we have a serious problem particularly if we let both Ollie and Abraham go who are fit and capable of getting as many goals and playing more games.

Honestly I'd take that deal Bobby. I would love to have Kane.

Ings is a stopgap option and even though he is a bit injury prone, I find him a generally good player and I think he can do a lot better in a better team.

1) Halaand. Well he is the one that we want, that we really really want. But all the media reports are no way and not at any price.

2) Kane. The story is always that Levy and Spurs would never ever sell to us.

3) Ings. Ings is a good fit for where he is, he had his chance at Liverpool, at a bigger club, and he didn't take it.

4) Lukaku. He says no. Inter say no. Maybe they protest too much?

Other options might be:
Lautaro Martinez
Alexander Isak.

I'm baffled as to why we're not looking at Lautaro Martinez, really. He reminds me of Alexis Sanchez a lot.

We can't let go Abraham before we get striker.

I could have put any number of names above Lukaku because I’m not a fan but I’m happy to be referred to as “god”.

Good post celery and I basically agree with your summary of the players. The only thing I would add is Ings was injured a lot at Southampton and he still seems to have injury issues.

To Tomb, every English player is world class. i was surprised he didn't mention rice. im surprised that Chelsea is yet to finalise haaland deal knowing we needed a striker and haaland ticks all boxes, age, quality, resale value etc. rumour about United joining the race for him.

Tusol, I’ve very rarely referred to any player as world class and I certainly don’t give a jot about nationalities.

I do rate Rice and I think we will be making a firm offer this week.

I bit like me not rating Lukaku there will be lots of posters who don’t rate Rice but it’s all about opinions.

Since Ings has been mentioned I am a bit surprised that Calvert-Lewin isn't. Believe with his talents, what we're looking for and a coach like Tuchel it may not be a bad plan B.

Other posters have mentioned him in the past KD.

I think he looks ok and I’m sure our club would have looked at him closely.

To be honest, I’m struggling to see who we sign as a CF.
