Tom never mind- it seems that we have stuck to our guns regarding wages/ fee: shame we didn’t take that stance last summer. As you said plenty of twist and turns to come over the next few weeks. We should concentrate on moving players on.

“The proof of the pudding is eating” and with footballers it’s in their ability that counts. I always ask the same question about our signings. Is he any good?

The vast majority of players we are being linked to on a consistent basis I have no clue about their abilities.

I just assume the club will get some right and except they will get some wrong. It’s the same at all clubs.
